I'm having the same problem with
Shěn Wēi/Zhào Yúnlán (Guardian TV)
- it was approved, but it's not in the tagset/can't be requested. (And now that I checked the whole fandom,
Chǔ Shùzhī/Guō Chángchéng (Guardian TV)
is missing from the tagset too.)
